Kubernetes connaît un tel succès que ce projet open-source s’impose aujourd'hui comme la plateforme de référence pour le déploiement de containers Dockers. Toutefois, la création et la gestion d’un environnement Kubernetes dans l’entreprise se heurtent à une multitude d'obstacles. Pour faire face à ces défis, Pivotal, VMware et Google ont uni leurs forces pour créer Pivotal Container Service (PKS), une nouvelle plateforme Container-as-a-Service (CaaS). PKS offre les fonctionnalités essentielles à la création et la gestion d'environnements Kubernetes. Avec PKS, vos équipes Ops peuvent automatiquement déployer, scalabiliser, corriger et mettre à jour tous leurs clusters Kubernetes dans des clouds privés et publics, sans aucune interruption de service.

	Cornelia Davis, Senior Director of Technology Cornelia Davis is Sr. Director of Technology at Pivotal, where she works on the technology strategy for both Pivotal and for Pivotal customers. Through engagement across Pivotal’s broad customer base, Cornelia develops core cloud platform strategies that drive significant change in enterprise organizations, and influence the Pivotal Cloud Foundry evolution. Currently she is focused on extending the platform capabilities from the application tier all the way through to the data layers. An industry veteran with almost three decades of experience in image processing, scientific visualization, distributed systems and web application architectures, and cloud-native platforms. When not doing those things you can find her on the yoga mat or in the kitchen.
	Paul Czarkowski, Principal Technologist Paul Czarkowski is a recovering Systems Administrator who has run infrastructure for longer than he cares to admit. After cutting his teeth in the ISP and Gaming industries Paul changed his focus to using (and contributing to) Open Source Software to improve the Operability of complex distributed systems such as Kubernetes and OpenStack. Oh and he makes the best Queso in Texas.
