Rich Strader
VP, Mobility Platforms and Products (MPP), Ford Rich Strader is vice president, Mobility Platforms and Products (MPP). In this role he is responsible for supporting and delivering software engineering services that enable Mobility Solutions, Connected Vehicle, Electric Vehicle, Connected Consumer and Analytics across the enterprise. His team is engaged in the research, experimentation, delivery and ongoing operations in these areas. Prior to this, Strader was director, Ford Technology Services of India (FTSI) Centre Head & AD Delivery Operations. In these roles, he was responsible for all of the FTSI strategic initiatives, personnel development and application delivery for several portfolios. Strader was previously Ford’s Director of IT Strategy and Security, where his responsibilities included IT Strategy development, security policy, incident response, forensic analysis, IT Learning & Development, Executive Support and Organizational Change Management. |
