Fran Hauser, Partner at Rothenberg Ventures

Fran Hauser is a venture capital investor, digital media veteran, and an advocate for women and kids. She is passionate about connecting people and inspiring change.

An active investor, Fran is a partner at Rothenberg Ventures ("RV"). Through her work at RV and as an angel investor, she has actively supported dozens of innovative companies including ZADY, LevoLeague, Hullabalu, Bustle, HelloGiggles and Preserve and has invested in some of the most promising companies in digital media and e-commerce.

Before diving into the world of venture capital, Fran spent 15 years in the digital media space, holding President and General Manager positions at Time Inc., AOL and Moviefone. She played an integral role in the $400mm sale of Moviefone to AOL and in building PEOPLE.com into one of the most successful women's websites.


Steve Schlafman, Principal at RRE

Prior to joining RRE, Steve was a Principal at Lerer Ventures, one of NYC's most active seed funds.

Steve was previously VP of Business Development at Stickybits Inc. /Turntable.fm and Director of Venture Investments at The Kraft Group, a diversified holding company focused on sports & entertainment, paper & packaging, real estate development, and private equity.

Steve started his career at Massive Inc. and Microsoft in a variety of Business Development, Strategy and Corporate Finance roles. He regularly teaches at GA and Skillshare, and has guest lectured at Columbia Business School, Wharton, and Harvard Business School.

Graham Siener, Director of Product Management at Pivotal Labs

Graham is extending Pivotal's renowned software development practice to include Product Management for our clients. Graham specializes in a systems thinking approach to product development and client satisfaction. He has a reputation for effective product and engineering management, along with excellent communication and operational skills.

Graham started his career building Enterprise software before switching gears to a founding product role at a number of early stage and established startups. He now oversees the innovative product management practice at Pivotal Labs, and can often be heard nerding out on agile process and Lean Methodologies.
